YOGA HALL
Yoga is a major element of our treatment programs. During the treatment period our yoga teacher will set up programs according to your fitness and the doctors recommendation. You will practice in a spacious yoga hall.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES
All rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms. Some rooms are within the main building and some are even more quietly located with beautiful views.
Food
Ayurvedic Herbal water is available all throughout the day.
Food is served in a common dining table so that you have a good opportunity to mingle with all your class mates and also the regular clientale of the centre.

Organic Farm
Spices, vegetables, fruits etc are from our own organic farm and making kerala dishes for our guest with garden fresh iteams and also we have 5 cows and making milk and milk products( ghee,curd, paneer etc).
